Briggs Animal Modified engine rule update.

WKA's SpeedNews - 12.20.2004

Animal Modified Rule 708.14.2 allows a "bolt on" reinforcement plate. It has come to WKA's attention that some of the reinforcement plates allowed under this rule require that the studs be shorter than stock. However, Rule 708.15.1 requires that the studs be stock. To resolve this conflict between rules, WKA will allow the stock studs to be shortened in order to install the "bolt on" reinforcement plate. This change is effective immediately.
