RACETECH UNVEILS LAYBACK RACE SEAT
New RTSAKER Model Aimed at Vintage Race Market
Sparks, Nevada. (Dec. 29, 2004) – Racetech has created a new race car seat with a layback design, aimed at a few different vehicles.
The RTSAKER model is a moderately priced seat that offers drivers a comfortable layback design. Primarily geared to cars that have an open cockpit, or a low profile designed cockpit were the driver needs to be reclined, in a relaxed position. The seat shell is manufactured in a fiberglass composite and covered in a soft cloth material. The RTSAKER was designed originally off the popular RT4009 seat that is FIA certified.
“For those road racers and HPDE cars that need to be in a reclined position, this seat is the way to go. Very comfortable for most drivers so you can concentrate on the track, not on shifting around in a thinly padded seat.� Commented Pete Morley, Racetech NA President.
