AMA PRO RACING AND DFY SPORTS EXTEND MERCHANDISE PARTNERSHIP
PICKERINGTON, Ohio (Dec. 28, 2006)
The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) and AMA Pro Racing have announced an extension to their long term relationship with DFY Sports retaining the company as its exclusive merchandise partner.
DFY Sports, based in Rock Hill, S.C., is the sole supplier of AMA Pro Racing-branded merchandise online and at over 50 AMA Flat Track, Prostar, Hillclimb, Supermoto, Superbike and Motocross events annually. The company markets its products through proprietary track-side vending units consisting of merchandise rigs and kiosks.
“We’re glad to extend this relationship with DFY Sports and to be able to continue offering fans of AMA Championship Racing a large selection of quality products,” said AMA CEO Patti DiPietro.
DFY representative Scott Clyburn added: “DFY Sports has a proven track record in licensed merchandise sales both online and at events. We’re pleased that our company and the AMA will continue this mutually beneficial relationship.”
