Bully Clutches Heartland Dirt Series For 2007

The Heartland Dirt Series will consist of 3 races for the 2007 season, counting the best 2 towards year-end points.

Beginning its season in June, at a track yet to be announced, the Bully Clutches Heartland Dirt Series will run it’s three races June 29, July 27, and September 7, the remaining two dates will be held in Hopkinton, Iowa and Blue Earth, Minnesota at I-90 Speedway, respectively. As previously mentioned, a driver’s best 2 of 3 races will be counted towards year-end points. A driver must run two races to be eligible for year-end awards. A 25-point bonus will be awarded to those competitors running all three national events in the Heartland Dirt Series.

Following suit with remaining WKA National Series, the Bully Clutches Heartland Dirt Series will be required to follow the no-prep policies set forth by WKA officials. Additional information on policies and procedures to follow. It was announced in 2006 that the 2007 season for the Heartland Dirt Series would not permit tire prepping. With the assistances of WKA officials and the Competition Committees, we have been able to adhere to that and allow for a safer, more pleasant karting experience for 2007.

The 2006 Heartland Series Banquet is scheduled for February 10th at The Woodlands (woodlandskc.com) in conjunction with the Kansas City Trade Show and Swap Meet (contact Scott Racing – 913.724.7121). Both Bully Clutches Heartland Dirt Series and Winning Karts –n- Parts Heartland Pavement Series competitiors will be recognized.
